This picture shows the Circus Maximus, the Palatine hill and the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Imperial Fora behind it. Lower left of the Colosseum is the Claudianum, behind the Colosseum are the Baths of Trajan. In the distance the huge mass of the Baths of Diocletian and the square form of the Castrum Praetorium.
